Can type 2 diabetes be reversed?

What do I get when I enroll for diabetes reversal?

Patients enrolled in Virta's type 2 diabetes reversal offering receive all the supplies they need to be successful, including a connected scale, glucose and ketone meter and strips, and access to all of Virta's resources through an easy to use smartphone application.

Do I need a referral from my doctor to start Virta?

Virta is available to members 18 years or older who are enrolled in a fully-insured health plan through Banner|Aetna. This benefit is currently being offered to those with type 2 diabetes.
