Instructions
- Wash and drain spinach and remove tough stems.
- In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic in butter and olive oil until translucent, about 5-10 minutes.
- Add spinach, and then constantly stir and press down until leaves are wilted.
- Add cream and cook until desired texture, about 5-15 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with parmesan cheese if desired.
