Instructions
- Place the garlic in a small custard cup and add 1 tablespoon water.
- Microwave on high power for 1 minute, or until the garlic softens.
- Flatten the garlic by crushing it with the side of knife and finely chop.
- Place garlic in a medium bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice until blended.
- Add the chicken, celery, and 2 tablespoons of the cheese and stir until combined.
- Arrange the romaine leaves on a serving plate.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture down the center of each leaf.
- Cut the croutons, if necessary into ½ inch pieces.
- Sprinkle the croutons over the chicken, and top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of cheese.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 3 hours.
