- ¾ cup buttermilk
- 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped)
- 3 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 bunch fresh chives (roughly chopped)
- 3 teaspoons oregano
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 3 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 24 chickens wings (pointy bits removed and wings cut in half at the joint)
- 8 oz butter (melted)
