- 2 pounds chicken breast (or thighs)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 oz bacon
- 10 oz cream cheese
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (or green onion)
- 1 handful baby spinach (optional)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dill
- ¼ teaspoon chives

Instructions
- Mix the ranch seasoning ingredients: dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, chives, salt, a pinch of pepper and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Spread out the cream cheese mix on top of the chicken.
- Fry the bacon on medium-high heat in a frying pan until crispy. Set aside.
- Shred the chicken using two forks. Mix everything together in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bacon and cover with the lid until the cheese has melted.
- Garnish with chives or green onions and ground black pepper. Serve chicken on a bed of baby spinach (optional).
