Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
- Dice the onion and thinly slice the scallions.
- Mince the garlic.
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, onion, garlic, shallot, scallions, salt and pepper.
- Add almond flour, xanthin gum and baking powder. Mix thoroughly until moist. Add water until a dough forms.
- Pour dough into loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove aluminum foil. Bake for 25 more minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and come out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
