  • ½ small onion
  • 2 tablespoons shallot (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  3. Dice the onion and thinly slice the scallions.
  4. Mince the garlic.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, onion, garlic, shallot, scallions, salt and pepper.
  6. Add almond flour, xanthin gum and baking powder. Mix thoroughly until moist. Add water until a dough forms.
  7. Pour dough into loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove aluminum foil. Bake for 25 more minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and come out clean.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
