Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Mix the cheese, almond meal, and cream cheese in a microwavable bowl and microwave for one minute. Stir, then microwave for additional 30 seconds.
- Add egg, salt, and spices and stir gently.
- On a cutting board, place ball of dough between two slices of parchment paper and roll into a round pizza-shaped piece of dough.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and poke holes with a fork all over the pizza.
- Place pizza with bottom layer of parchment and a baking tray or pizza stone and bake for 13-15 minutes or until browned.
- For a crispier crust, flip the pizza over before adding toppings.
- Add toppings of choice and bake for an additional 5 minutes until topping are warm and cheese (if added) is melted.
