  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (crushed)
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (finely shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients with wooden spoon in medium bowl. Should come together easily and form a ball.
  3. Place between two sheets of parchment paper.
  4. Roll out to ¼ inch thick and cut into small squares about 1 inch.
  5. Cut dough into desired shape and size, and then place on two large cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.(Can brush with extra melted butter and sprinkle with small bit of garlic powder.)
  6. Bake 12 -15 minutes, turning over half way thru baking.
