- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions
- Wash and chop all vegetables, including garlic. Set green onions aside.
- Slice sausage on the diagonal.
- Add sausage, chicken, tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetables and spices to a large slow cooker. (Shrimp and green onions should be the only ingredients left.)
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours until chicken can be pulled apart easily.
- Just before serving, add the shrimp and allow to cook for about 20 more minutes.
- When serving, top with green onions and enjoy!
