Instructions
- Combine water, salt, Lite Salt, Calm magnesium powder, lemon juice, and stevia (optional) to a shaker bottle. Shake it up, and wait about 15 minutes before drinking to allow the Calm magnesium to "activate" (i.e. convert into ‘ionic’ magnesium citrate). Add ice and enjoy!
- TO MAKE 4 SERVINGS: In a large pitcher, combine 64 fl oz water, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp Lite Salt, 2 scoops (4 tsp) Calm magnesium powder, 3-4 tsp fresh lemon juice, and stevia (optional). Stir to combine. Wait about 15 minutes to allow the Calm magnesium to "activate" (i.e. convert into ‘ionic’ magnesium citrate) and then serve it over ice, or store in the refrigerator.
