Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In an oblong, shallow, ovenproof dish or pie plate, combine olive oil and garlic.
- Heat in oven 2-3 minutes, watching carefully so garlic does not brown.
- Add shrimp to the oil mixture and return to the oven. Bake 4 minutes.
- Stir shrimp and continue cooking for 4-6 minutes or until the shrimp are done.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Season to taste.
