- In a small screw-top jar, combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic, Stevia, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and shake to mix well.
- Place mushrooms on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Pour the dressing over both sides of the mushrooms and rub it in.
- Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium high.
- In a small bowl, blend the parsley and lemon zest.
- Grill the mushrooms rounded-side up for 5-6 minutes, until they start to become tender.
