Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line two baking pans with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Wash and trim green beans.
  3. In a large bowl, beat egg and oil.
  4. Add the green beans, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper to the egg mixture. Toss well to coat.
  5. Transfer green beans to prepared pans and bake about 15 minutes or until crisp. If needed, place under broiler for a few minutes to crisp.
