Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a bowl, toss radishes with olive oil and spices. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, being careful not to overcrowd the pan (space and contact with the pan helps them to brown more evenly).
- Roast for about 30 to 35 minutes, tossing radishes halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside and you can easily pierce with a fork.
- Season with extra salt to taste, and serve warm.
- AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. In a bowl, toss radishes with oil and spices until evenly coated. Add to the air fryer basket in a single layer careful not to overcrowd it (you may need to cook in more than one batch, depending on basket size). Cook radishes for about 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, or until crisp and tender to your preference.
