  • ½ cup onion (chopped)

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 oz canned pink salmon (drained)

Make way for salmon! These low carb salmon patties are perfect for throwing on the grill in summer, or cooking in a frying pan all year round. Made with fresh salmon and pork rinds instead of bread crumbs as well as a blend of flavorful spice, the low carb salmon patties are a perfect addition to any low carb, metabolically healthy diet.

Instructions

  1. Crush pork rinds into a fine dust.
  2. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in the pork rinds, lemon juice, mayonnaise, onions, salmon, parsley, garlic clove, and salt.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  6. Pan-fry the patties in cooking oil until browned on both sides.
